The cost of replacing a motor damaged during shipping is way too high for us not to take the steps needed to ensure any motor shipped from our warehouse is packaged proper to its weight and dimensions.
The quoted shipping price is entirely based on the package weight and the destination address. This price is calculated directly from UPS and EMOTORSTORE does not add any additional handling or packaging fees.
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Our warehouse fulfillment team prefers to use UPS, but many of our suppliers ship direct with FedEx. Both services pick up daily from our warehouse and if you prefer one over the other, just make a note on your order and we'll happily use your preferred service.
Mistakes happen and we understand that. We want your EMOTORSTORE purchase (and returned) to be as pain free as possible. EMOTORSTORE offers a 30 day return window from the original purchase date.
All returned items must be brand new, unused, unmodified and it must be returned in its original box. Any motor electrified will not be accepted. We inspect all returned items and any item returned in a condition other than brand new will be rejected.
Simply put, you need to eyeball it before you install it. If it doesn't look right or doesn't fit properly, give us a call and we'll work it out.
Special order items that need to be returned back to a supplier might be subjected to a restocking fee.
