Shipping Policies
The products currently available within emotorstore.com are considered "normal stock items" that we inventory at one or more of our branch offices. Therefore, in most cases, we can ship them to you quickly so that your repairs can be completed in the minimum amount of time. emotorstore.com is normally "open for business" 24 hours per day, 7 days per week, which means you can place orders at your convenience. After an order is placed, we will make every effort to ship the products within one business day using the delivery method you specified on the order. Some shipments may take two business days to ship depending upon the warehousing location. And, of course, we may occasionally be out of stock on an item. In all of the above cases, emotorstore.com personnel will contact you when we process the order, and inform you of the anticipated shipping date. The primary means of contact is e-mail. However, we may choose to contact you by phone or fax.

Return Policy
emotorstore.com wants you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If, for some reason, you wish to return the products you have purchased from us, the following guidelines will apply:

  • Items that are normally stocked by emotorstore.com can be returned within 30 days from the purchase date. There will be no re-stocking charge if the product is returned in it's original container un-used. The customer shall be responsible for the shipping and handling costs of the originating shipment and the shipment of the returned products.
  • Any normally stocked item not returned in the original container and/or requiring testing or inspection will be subject to a 20% re-stocking charge in addition to the shipping and handling charges.
  • Items returned that are non-stock at emotorstore.com will be subject to the manufacturers restocking fee's and shipping charges (if applicable).
  • emotorstore.com reserves the right to refuse a return if the product is not in new, un-used and resellable condition.
